About Essem

My initials are S.M. so I decided to phonetically spell it…which turned out to be the latin verb “essem” meaning I was. My pottery is my stamp on the world, saying I was [here].

I have a deep love of classic shapes and neutral colours (hello green, blue, black, white and brown!). I design pottery for myself/my home and hope that others will like it!
