Shipping and Orders

  • If your order has not shipped you can request a change or cancellation by emailing me at essemceramics@gmail.com with your order number and I will let you know what your options are.

  • At this time I do not offer returns. If your piece arrives damaged or broken please reach out by email immediately.

  • Not really! Many countries have tariffs and unique shipping rules making it hard ti send my work there. That being said if you live outside of Canada and see a piece you love reach out and I’ll see if we can get it to you!

  • Yes! If you are local to Grande Prairie you can request “local pick-up” at checkout and you’ll receive an email with the address and available pick-up times.

Use & Care

  • All dinnerware products are dishwasher safe. For the longest life of your piece “they” say hand washing is best…however I put all of my pieces in the dishwasher.

  • All of my dinnerware pottery is microwave safe. Each dinnerware piece is also oven safe as long as it’s heated and cooled with the oven. Pottery does not like abrupt temperature changes so keep that in mind and never put cold pottery into a hot oven.

Materials

  • With ceramics each piece is handmade by me in my studio and although I do my best to replicate items there will be slight variations in dimensions, glaze colour, and shape.

  • I use cone 6 stoneware clay and food safe glazes. All of my work is fired to full vitrification to create a durable piece made for everyday use.
